The Real Estate Entrepreneurship Youth Program hosted by The Fallon Company and Street2Ivy seeks to equip Boston area youth with the skills and resources needed to participate in real estate investment.
Industry experts will teach 21 students ages 16 to 21 the ins and outs of commercial real estate investment, including how to:

Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities

Raise capital

Navigate the purchase process

Sell an investment property
The cohort will meet industry professionals, tour some of Boston's most exciting real estate projects, and evaluate real-world real estate investment opportunities in Boston.

We will also have a summer cookout kick-off event before the start of the program to connect new students, alumni, and members of the Fallon and Street2Ivy team. This event will be on June 14th at 6:00 pm in the Seaport area of Boston. More information for this kickoff event will be distributed to accepted students.
